PHCA Pool Updates

Many members asked and we can now confirm that we will – at first – be allowing 10 family units to register per time slot. This decision is based not only on state guidelines, but also logistics in managing social distancing in the pool (approximately 30 allowed based on our pool square footage) and on deck.

If we determine we can safely manage an increase in the number of families per slot, we will slowly up this number. Additionally, we hope this number will increase even more when we move to Phase 3. For more information, please visit our FAQ document HERE.

Please pay your dues through your account online at by Saturday, May 30.

We plan on sending out the reservation instructions Saturday evening to all members who have PAID, and will then open up the reservation system Sunday to take reservations for the next two weeks.

Please remember that in order to check in for your swim reservations, your account needs the following items completed:

  1. Swim waivers signed
  2. Emergency contact info added
  3. Photos uploaded for each member on your account
  4. Dues paid
