If you aren’t sure which board member can best answer your question, start with the secretary, who will be happy to direct you to the right person.

Below you will find our current board members as well as a brief description of their responsibilities & duties.

PRESIDENT: Ben Lambeth, member since 2016

  • President responsibilities include coordinating the contract for pool management, running monthly meetings, overseeing the facility and all the functions of the pool, and handling concerns from the general members.

VICE PRESIDENT: Matt Dixson, member since 2015

  • Vice President assists the President in completing all necessary tasks to keeping the pool running smoothly.

TREASURER:  Conrad Chee, member since 2020 

  • Treasurer maintains the books, collects dues and fees, pays bills, files tax forms, creates the annual budget, and advises the Board on all expenditures and financial matters.

SECRETARY: Katie Moosbrugger, member since 2013

  • Secretary records and distributes the minutes of all Board and Association meetings, and is responsible for all general correspondence with pool members, including announcements, surveys, and the newsletter.

MEMBERSHIP: Michael Ferrin, member since 2014

  • Membership maintains the membership records, provides keys and by-laws to new members, and should be contacted for any questions regarding membership.

SWIM TEAM: Kelly Doud, member since 2012

  • Representative attends league meetings, organizes volunteers for the meets, manages coaches, assists at practices, organizes fun events for the team, and performs a myriad of other jobs associated with swim team.

SWIM TEAM: Ashley McNeill, member since 2013

  • Representative attends league meetings, organizes volunteers for the meets, manages coaches, assists at practices, organizes fun events for the team, and performs a myriad of other jobs associated with swim team.

VENDING / SNACK SHACK: Kristin Schollander, member since 2015

  • Vending / Shack Shack Responsibilities include managing all food vending at the pool, hiring/training/managing Snack Shack staff/greeters, and member check-in & guest fees

WEBMASTER: Kristin Schollander, member since 2015

  • Webmaster Responsibilities include website maintenance and member website support

TENNIS / SHELTER: Shayna Thiel, member since 2011

  • Tennis Responsibilities include managing the tennis program, coordinating private & group tennis lessons with instructors and reserved adult play time
  • Shelter Responsibilities include coordinating shelter rentals

SOCIALS: Amy Villanueva, member since 2017

  • Responsibilities include coordinating and organizing all social activities at the pool

FACILITIES: Patty Lazenby, member since 2011

  • The facilities director is responsible for the physical facilities, ensures that everything is functioning correctly, makes or coordinates repairs and improvements, coordinates with Pool Professionals, and organizes the spring and fall work days.

GROUNDS: Sam Adams, member since 2016

  • Responsibilities include organizing work days, trimming of trees and shrubs on the property, and managing interactions with our lawn care company
