Below you will find our current board members as well as a brief description of their responsibilities & duties. A detailed description of each role can be found in the By-Laws.
PRESIDENT: Taylor Irwin, member since 2016 (serving as interim president)
- Term Expires 2023
- President responsibilities include running monthly meetings, overseeing all the functions of the pool, handling concerns from the general members, and is the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation, performing any and all legal duties under the Articles of Incorporation.
VICE PRESIDENT: Kristin Schollander, member since 2015 (filling remainder of term)
- Term Expires 2024
- Vice President responsibilities include coordinating contract for pool management company and managing pool company, and assisting the President in completing all necessary tasks to keeping the pool running smoothly.
TREASURER: Anson Adams, member since 2019
- Term Expires 2024
- Treasurer maintains the books, collects dues and fees, pays bills, files tax forms, creates the annual budget, and advises the Board on all expenditures and financial matters.
SECRETARY: Abby Archer, member since
- Term Expires 2025
- Secretary records and distributes the minutes of all Board and Association meetings, and is responsible for all general correspondence with pool members, including announcements, Facebook posts, surveys, membership votes, and the newsletter.
MEMBERSHIP: Michael Ferrin, member since 2014
- Term Expires 2024
- Membership maintains the membership records, provides keys and by-laws to new members, and should be contacted for any questions regarding membership.
SWIM TEAM: Katie Whitworth, member since 2015
- Term Expires 2024
- Representative attends league meetings, organizes volunteers for the meets, manages coaches, assists at practices, organizes fun events for the team, and performs a myriad of other jobs associated with swim team.
SWIM TEAM: Ashley McNeill, member since 2013
- Term Expires 2023
- Representative attends league meetings, organizes volunteers for the meets, manages coaches, assists at practices, organizes fun events for the team, and performs a myriad of other jobs associated with swim team.
VENDING / SNACK SHACK: Kimberle Collet, member since
- Term Expires 2023
- Vending / Shack Shack Responsibilities include managing all food vending at the pool, hiring/training/managing Snack Shack staff/greeters, and member check-in & guest fees
WEBMASTER: Kristin Schollander, member since 2015
- This position will be a shared responsibility between Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Snack Shack, and Membership starting in 2023
- Webmaster Responsibilities include website maintenance and member website support
TENNIS / SHELTER: Jenny Dupont, member since
- Term Expires 2025
- Tennis Responsibilities include managing the tennis program, coordinating private & group tennis lessons with instructors and reserved adult play time
- Shelter Responsibilities include coordinating shelter rentals
SPECIAL EVENTS: Jennifer Brunsting, member since
- Term Expires 2025
- Responsibilities include coordinating and organizing all social activities at the pool
FACILITIES: Jill Johnson, member since
- Term Expires 2025
- The facilities director is responsible for the physical facilities, ensures that everything is functioning correctly, makes or coordinates repairs and improvements, and organizes the spring and fall work days.
GROUNDS: Dan Bachmann, member since 2016
- Term Expires 2023
- Responsibilities include trimming of trees and shrubs on the property, managing interactions and contracts with lawn care, pest, garbage, and other related companies.
- Works with Facilities board member to organize the spring and fall work days
