Become a Peace Haven Pool & Dolphin Swim Team Sponsor




Dear Peace Haven Pool and Swim Team Supporter,

As the summer season approaches, we would greatly appreciate your sponsorship of the Peace Haven Civic Association and Swim Team. Through your support, PHCA can continue to make renovations to our facilities and serve the nearly 200 children who participate in our summer swim team.

Our pool membership is available to 300 families and we maintain a waiting list of interested families. In addition to using the pool for swimming and socializing, members also enjoy spending time with family and friends on our tennis and pickleball courts.

For over 40 years Peace Haven Dolphins have had the opportunity to improve their swimming skills, foster friendships, develop character, and have fun. Our swim team program has helped prepare youth for high school and college swim teams and many return to serve as coaches for our team.

As a private non-profit pool facility, we are extremely proud of the sense of community we foster among our membership, as well as the team spirit that our Dolphin families experience at practices, meets and social events.

The success of our pool community and swim team is due in large part to your generous support. Your financial contributions allowed the PHCA to:

  1. Continue to update our facilities – including pool and tennis courts – as a non-profit organization
  2. Foster a sense of community among our pool members through social opportunities.
  3. Provide a full coaching staff for our swim team.
  4. Purchase additional tents and equipment needed to keep children safe and comfortable during meets.
  5. Provide refreshments to volunteers, computer and printer for scoring, and lifeguard coverage for our home meets.

Peace Haven Civic Association is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization and your donation is tax-deductible. 

The Peace Haven Civic Association website is where members visit for details on the pool and where we would list our 2023 sponsors. We have a public Facebook page with over 500 followers where we post information about activities at the pool and where we plan to share our sponsors information, logos and share posts from their social media. In addition, the Dolphins’ website at is a constant source of information for our team and community. Approximately 150 families visit this site weekly to check for announcements and messages.

As a Peace Haven Pool and Dolphin Swim Team sponsor and loyal supporter, we encourage you to follow our team’s progress. You will be able to view photos, see meet results, as well as get updates and news. The website also includes a listing of all of our supporters with their contact information. This listing is free advertising for you as a Peace Haven Pool and Dolphin Swim Team sponsor.  The following sponsorship levels are available for interested supporters.

LEVEL & Cost Benefits
Platinum ($1000): Includes 2 banners, swim team shirt with larger logo*, social media shout outs, recognition at all home swim meets, logo listed and linked on Pool website & Swimtopia website.
Gold ($750): Includes 1 banner, swim team shirt with regular size logo*, logo listed on Pool website & Swimtopia website.
Silver ($500): includes 1 banner, swim team shirt* with regular size logo.
Bronze ($250): Includes swim team shirt* with regular size logo only or 1 banner only.
*Deadline for logos to be on swim team t-shirts is April 21, 2023.
