Want your own reserved party space at the pool? The covered shelter is available for pool members to rent for their event. The shelter has a kitchen, restrooms, ceiling fans, and easy access to the pool, grill use (upon request), and playground.
Steps to Book: Click on date you want to reserve. Click on the top line of the reservation block (white). Submit your reservation. If you hover over a date, you can see which blocks are already reserved for that day. You will pay at the time of reservation.
At least 2 days prior to reservation date, you will be asked to add your party attendees’ names to a shared spreadsheet. The link will be shared with you prior to your reservation date.
ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS ITEMS ARE PERMITTED IN THE KITCHEN, SHELTER OR POOL AREAS.
After Hours Shelter Rental:
Fee is $300 for parties of 40 or fewer people (including swimmers and non-swimmers)
Fee is $350 for parties 41-60 people (including swimmers and non-swimmers) *extra guard needed
Party dates fill up fast! Request your party at least two weeks in advance to reserve your date! Contact our Event & Shelter Director if you have any questions.
The available reservation blocks are as follows:
May 25 – September 29:
Fridays: 8:00 – 10:00
Saturdays: 8:30 – 10:30
Please Note: Shelter Reservations are only allowed to be made by active pool members.
